## Compte rendu de l’audition des organisations syndicales professionnelles du 21 mars 2018 par la Commission d’enquête Sénatoriale sur l’état des forces de sécurité Intérieure ## – DÉCEPTION, AMERTUME ##
Le S.N.S.P. s’est rendu aux côtés des autres organisations syndicales (U.S.P.P.M, S.D.P.M, S.N.P.M, C.F.T.C.P.M) ainsi que de l’Association des Cadres de la Police Municipale au Sénat afin une nouvelle fois de faire entendre le mal être de nôtre corporation.
Cette audition, de moins de deux heures, nous laisse un goût de déception et d’amertume face aux orientations qui pourraient se profiler. En effet, il ne fait aucun doute que l’État est parfaitement au fait de notre situation, mais ne cesse et ne cessera, sur l’ensemble des sujets évoqués (social, armement, autonomie judiciaire, formation) de se retrancher derrière « la libre administration des collectivités » et la toute puissance de l’Association des Maires de France !!!
La commission parlementaire étudie actuellement des pistes pour renforcer notre qualification judiciaire afin de soulager nos collègues des Forces d’État, comme par exemple une qualification d’APJ limitée au Code de la Route !!
ENCORE UNE FOIS, TOUJOURS PLUS DE PRÉROGATIVES…..SANS RIEN DE PLUS…!!!
Au sujet de l’armement létal , pas question de le rendre obligatoire ! Non ! Mais peut-être une modification des conventions de coordination afin d’imposer le port obligatoire de moyens de protection et de riposte uniquement la nuit ou sur certaines missions…PITOYABLE !!!
Plus inquiétant encore, la place de la Sécurité Privée pour des missions de surveillance sur la voie publique. Là, les réponses ne sont pas claires et donc peu rassurantes pour l’avenir…
Saluons néanmoins la forte implication et la parfaite connaissance de nos problématiques du Sénateur et rapporteur Francois GROSDIDIER.
